Beauty Is in the Eye of the Beholder

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder... But who is the beholder? Jesus! He is the One who created us. The Bible tells us in Genesis 1:27 that God created us in His own image. This means that our beauty is not just about our physical appearance but also about our spiritual being. We are a reflection of the Lord, and it is our responsibility to be about our Father’s business (1 Peter 3:3-4).

What Is Beauty?

The world defines beauty as "a combination of qualities, such as shape, color, or form, that pleases the aesthetic senses, especially the sight." However, biblical beauty is much deeper. The Hebrew word for beauty, shepher, denotes both physical attractiveness and moral goodness. In ancient Hebrew culture, beauty was not just about appearance but also about divine favor and spiritual virtue. The people of God understood beauty as a reflection of God's order and creation.

Beauty is found in every aspect of life:

  • There’s beauty in pain.
  • There’s beauty in joy.
  • There’s beauty in sorrow.
  • There’s beauty in isolation.
  • There’s beauty in purpose.

God sending Jesus to die on the cross for our sins is the ultimate example of beauty in the eyes of the Beholder. The sacrifice of Jesus Christ was an act of immeasurable love, demonstrating the depth of God's care for us. He didn’t have to do it, but He chose to because of His unmatched love.

The Divine Revelation in Business

As I reflected on the phrase, "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder," the Lord spoke to me: "Who is the beholder? I AM! I am the great I AM!"

The Lord has been revealing new revelation about the beauty businesses He entrusted to me—Lady Bomb Cosmetics and beyond. He showed me that there is a great responsibility in carrying a beauty brand rooted in faith. Many multimillion and billion-dollar beauty companies lack Yahweh as their foundation. As a result, we are witnessing major brands facing financial struggles, closing down, and selling their businesses. God is dismantling these faulty foundations and raising up Christian brands and businesses.

I heard the Lord say, "There is a method to the miracles that are about to take place." God is strategic in His movements (Proverbs 3:5-6, Romans 8:28). When one door closes, He opens another (Revelation 3:7-8). I am a living witness to this truth.

For four and a half years, the enemy attacked my finances concerning Lady Bomb Cosmetics. The branding, business plan, website, marketing strategy, and products were all in place. But every time I tried to place an inventory order, financial struggles would arise. It felt as if the enemy was burning holes in my pockets. Yet, through it all, God was positioning me for something greater. Now, He has placed me in a better financial situation and given me a fresh vision—to sell my cosmetic products through vending machines.

Stepping into Kingdom Purpose

There is so much work to do in the Kingdom of Christ. God is giving us time to prepare and step into our purpose. No one can take away what the Beholder has given us. What if the key you’ve been searching for all this time is in the hands of the Beholder—the great I AM who created you?

I will leave you with this:

Submit, Surrender, Supply

You must be willing to Submit your life to Christ (James 4:7), Surrender all your worries and cares to the Him (Matthew 11: 28-30) and He will Supply all your needs according to His riches in glory. (Philippians 4:19)

God is the true Beholder! He holds our purpose in His hands. It is time to embrace His plan and walk boldly in faith!
